  • Please consider the list on this page to be ONLY APPROXIMATE.  This page an attempt to list some of those same clubs in the Phoenix area, organized BY GAUGE (scale).
  • Layouts listed directly BELOW are either public layouts, or else "community" layouts that can be viewed by the public at least a few times per year.  Layouts listed in the RIGHT sidebar are private layouts.

  18. Goodyear - Pebble Creek Model Railroad Club's garden layout - pcmrc.org/garden - Public can see this layout on certain selected 'run days', see website for details.
  19. Mesa, Banner Desert Medical Center:  Arizona Big Train Operators permanent indoor display layout inside the Cardon Children's Medical Center, inside Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa,  Photos at AzBigTrains.org/cardonrailroad.html .  You should be able to view this layout 24 hours a day, as it's in the public part of the hospital.  The 3 trains run when you push a button.
  20. Mesa, Banner Desert Medical Center:   'Trains For Kids by Isabelle' -  TrainsByIsabelle.blogspot.com - John Macrone's outdoor largescale layout at Banner Desert Medical Center for the kids.  (This layout may be CLOSED)
  21. Mesa, Leisure World:  Garden railroad under construction (not started yet as of June 2013).  Use contact info for their O gauge club.
  22. Mesa - Valle Del Oro:  Garden Railway Club - Youtube Video.   29. Mesa - Leisure World Model Railroad Club - Located inside the gated 55+ Leisure World community in Mesa.  Currently has an O gauge MTH DCS layout with 300 feet of track and 18 turnouts.
